Sapira 2SK - Spill Kit Training
This first response, health and safety training course is recommended as the minimum requirement for workplaces with a requirement to train their employees on how to effectively use their spill response kit. This course is relevant for: ISO 14001 (section 4.47), OHSAS, 18001, COSHH.
Course Content:
- Raising the alarm, invocation, escalation and trigger points
- Practical review and use of Spill Kit inventory (using on-site spill kit)
- Response planning (walk through exercise)
- Health and Safety around a spill
- Live, role-play handling od hazardous spills and PPE
- First Response objectives
- ICE objectives
- COSHH data sheet interpretation
